About this place
Munirabad Park is the ordinary town park of the dam colony: lawns, mature trees planted when the dam was built, paths, and benches that fill up at six in the evening. It is not a sight and nobody would send you across the state for it. What it is good for is the half hour after Pampavana, sitting under trees older than most of Hosapete while the town comes out to walk. Free, open, and about five minutes from the Japanese garden.
